4. Accuracy of Time Data & Daylight Saving Transitions

Time calculations on TimeMate are derived from the authoritative IANA Time Zone Database (tzdb) and runtime date engines. While we exert reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date timezone rules:

• Governments periodically alter Daylight Saving Time rules or standard offsets with limited advance notice.
• Users are responsible for verifying mission-critical, legal, medical, or airline travel departure times independently.
• TimeMate shall not be held liable for missed meetings, travel discrepancies, or scheduling conflicts resulting from timezone misunderstandings.
